Testimonials
I have personally participated in Diana’s one hour fitness classes for women and can truly say I have never experienced a class like it. It was wonderful! Not only was the exercise and relaxation programme therapeutic to my body but also to my soul. The anointed Christian music played during the exercise workout is inspiring and the scriptures eloquently spoken by Diana during the Relaxation at the end bring words of faith and comfort, soothing the mind and emotions.
Women’s Wonderobics is for women of all ages, offering a holistic experience that strengthens both body and soul. Those women suffering stress or in need of emotional healing will especially benefit from the healing balm of God’s presence and peace during the class.
‘Now may the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing, that you may abound in hope by the power of the Holy Spirit.’ Romans 15. 13
May you be encouraged just like I was!

The book reflects Diana, echoing inspiration and passion for life in Jesus.
I have known Diana for forty years, some five years as pastor of the Church she attends. Her zest for life and spiritual vitality are reflected in her writings on ‘Spiritual Fitness’ Diana’s love for Jesus, knowledge of the Bible and inspirational exuberance are contagious. Through the book Diana’s comments are so interwoven with scripture, they show her oneness with the Bible she loves.
Clearly physical and spiritual exercise have specific roles, yet they can complement each other with significant therapeutic benefits. My personal experience bears this out; that the daily run helps mental and emotional relaxation from which revelation flows.

Spiritual Fitness is about walking and living a lifestyle with God’s Word, His promises, empowering and hope ever with you. Men and women alike will find an amazing treasure trove of scripture, encouragement and aspects of spiritual strength in this book. In succinct and easy to grasp paragraphs and sections, here is a book that will inspire and bring encouragement to the first time reader; but it can also serve as a basis for disciple-ship or small group studies. Read it and use the Biblical principles enclosed and see your own life develop and be strengthened.
I believe this short book ‘Spiritual Fitness’ and it’s addendum ‘Preparations of the Bride’ is like a chocolate coated ice-cream bar full of taste sensations, goodness and joy – but it must be unwrapped to be experienced. Read this book through once – then grasp hold of separate passages and devour them slowly letting the strengthening aspects of Spiritual Fitness build reserves in your own life. The Holy Spirit will cause passages of scripture to come alive in you, and as you read Diana’s dissertations and visual images, the very Word of God will permeate into your heart. The stirring in your spirit of ‘The Coming of the Lord’ and His love for all mankind will I believe ignite a fresh heart of evangelism within you. Having read Diana Marjorie Martin’s book many of you will be sharing some aspects of God’s plan for ‘all to be saved’ with your friends and neighbours alike.
Read it – Enjoy it – Grasp it – Live it.
