Book 2: SPIRITUAL FITNESS
and Preparations of the Bride
(with accompanying DVD)
I named this book Spiritual Fitness as it relates to God’s people exercising their faith and becoming strong overcomers in Christ. This book is written for the whole Body of Christ with balanced scriptural teaching and an emphasis on evangelism accompanying Springtime renewal in the Church.
The Introduction pages shares vision of God's great army of overcomers preparing the way of the Lord by creating highways of holiness. As expressed in this book it is our King of Glory's manifest Presence that unifies His true followers.' And the glory which You gave Me I have given them that they may be one even as We are one.' John17.22.
A special chapter ‘Spring Awakening’ (with verses from Song of Solomon) has teaching on the Preparations of the Bride. Bridal Preparations involve the cry of wisdom from the heart of God's throne in heaven. It is pure wisdom from above that builds the Church of Jesus Christ.
The holy Church Christ is purifying to Himself will be cleansed by the ‘washing of water by the Word’. Ephesians 5.26, 27.
Book 2 DVD II
DVD II begins with Abdominal Breathing and Muscular Relaxation, a continuation from the relaxing Floor Stretches from end of DVD I.
The Reflection is filmed in N.Z. native bush and features some magnificent scenery and a variety of birds. Inspiring background orchestral music accompanies the scripture readings and message. Based on Psalm 91.1 the viewers
are invited to find their own secret place of spiritual rest ‘abiding under the shadow of the Almighty.’ Psalm 91.1.
This Reflection is a sample of the 15 minute Nature Reflections I share at the end of my Wonderobics class. This longer inspirational message is designed to bring spiritual refreshing to God’s people.
The DVD has the added bonus of the glorious singing of Angela Eames plus a clear gospel message by my pastor Graham Sunderland which makes this DVD an excellent tool for evangelism.
